3. BBTX does its best to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the availability of listed facilities and programs.
4. BBTX is not responsible for the success or failure of individuals in using the app and its resources. Results may vary for each user.
5. Users are responsible for the financial obligation associated with the app. Subscription fees will be charged on the applicable date according to the selected plan. No refunds will be issued for any reason.
6. BBTX does not offer customer service. Users are encouraged to explore the resources and tools available on the app independently.
7. By using the BBTX app, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. BBTX reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via the app or website.

20. Subscriptions are set for auto renewal and must be canceled through subscriptions of the correct mobile device. Purchases of the Lifetime subscription, refer to the Lifetime of the app, not the lifetime of a purchaser. Subscriptions are not transferable.
